Our helpdesk personnel offer constant support and technical assistance to users and clients in assisting them while using software, hardware or other computer systems and troubleshoot problems through quick diagnostic test via remote access to computers of all departments. Helpdesk Services

  • Dealing issues related with computer systems and networks in stores, warehouse, and
    workaround.
  • Responsible for PC’s, Servers and Network and Other Hardware equipment.
  • Maintain computer systems readily available if any system goes down.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade Hardware, Software and Networking devices.
  • Maintain user PCs, including upgrades and configuration as needed.
  • Remotely accessing hardware or software for clients to make changes and resolve problems
    in time.
  • Continuous monitoring and quick response to incoming queries and requests related to IT
    issues.
  • Timely follow up with users and customers to ensure full resolution of issues.

ERP, LS Retail and E-Commerce Support

  • Our technical personnel install, configure, and upgrade in-store Kiosks’ software, printers, scanners, POS Devices, and other electronic equipment
  • Inventory planning and calculation from all the stores.
  • Vouchers, Coupons and Barcode management
  • We monitor the e-commerce platforms via efficient performance applications
  • Monitoring Sales, Customer Counters, and Inventory in stores on a regular basis.
  • We deal with requests from various stores, staff, and customers prior to SLA.
